Speak with Arsine directly

Two ways to get in touch, and no wrong one. Call for the fastest answer, or send a message and Arsine will reply directly.

Send Arsine a message

For a question, or anything that does not need a booked time. It takes about a minute, it is not an insurance application, and it asks for nothing sensitive. To choose an appointment time instead, use the consultation page.

The format

How a virtual consultation works

Every consultation is virtual. There is no travel to arrange, no office to visit, and no in person option.

What to expect during a virtual consultation

  1. 01

    You get in touch

By phone, by sending a message below, or by booking a time on the consultation page. Nothing sensitive is asked for at any of them.

  2. 02

    A time is agreed

You choose one on the consultation page, or Arsine agrees one with you by phone. Nevada and California are both on Pacific Time, so a household split across the two has no time zone to solve.

  3. 03

    You join from anywhere

Video or audio only, whichever you prefer. Two people in a household can join separately, which is often easier than finding a time you are both in the same room.

  4. 04

    You decide afterwards

Nothing is decided on the call. There is no cost and no obligation, and the questions that matter usually surface a few days later.

Where Arsine works

Nevada and California. Because consultations are virtual, it makes no difference where in either state you are.

Questions

Frequently asked contact questions

What happens after I send the form?

Arsine reads it herself and replies directly, using the method you chose. A copy of what you sent is emailed to you straight away, so you have a record of it. If it is urgent, calling 702-337-0057 is faster.

Is the form an insurance application?

No. It is a request for a conversation. It does not bind any coverage, it does not start any application, and it asks for no medical or financial account information.

Do I have to fill in everything?

On the contact form, yes, and every field earns its place: your name and state so Arsine knows who she is answering, a phone number and email address so she can reply the way you asked, and a subject and message so she can answer properly rather than asking you to start again.

Can I call instead of using the form?

Yes, and for many people it is the better option. Calls to 702-337-0057 are answered personally.

Are consultations available in person?

No. Consultations are virtual only. That is what makes it possible to work with residents anywhere in Nevada or California on the same terms.

How do I check that Arsine is licensed?

License numbers are published on every page of this website: Nevada 4238961 and California 4566385. Both can be verified independently with the relevant state department of insurance.

Privacy

Your information, and what happens to it

The contact form collects only what you enter: your name, a phone number, an email address, your state, a subject, how you would like to be answered, and your message. Booking an appointment adds the date and time you chose, the time zone your device reports, how you would like to meet, and an optional ZIP code and note. Nothing else.

It never asks for a Social Security number, medical information, health history, financial account details, card numbers or any government identification number. The form rejects any attempt to submit a field outside that list.

Information you send is used to answer you, to schedule and confirm an appointment, and to create the virtual meeting if you asked for one. It is not sold. California residents can ask what is held about them and request correction or deletion.
