The contact form collects only what you enter: your first and last name, a phone number, an email address, your state, a subject, how you would like to be answered, and your message.

Booking a consultation collects your first and last name, a phone number, an email address, your state, an optional ZIP code, the topic you chose, the date and time you selected, the time zone your device reports, how you would like to meet, an optional preferred contact method, and an optional message.

Neither collects a Social Security number, a date of birth, medical or health history, prescription information, banking, card or payment information, a driver's license, any government identification number, or any insurance application data. Both forms reject any attempt to submit a field outside the lists above.

Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, to schedule and confirm a consultation, to send you an appointment confirmation and a calendar file, to create the virtual meeting where you asked for one, and to keep a record of the appointment.

It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising or shared with any third party for marketing.

An appointment you book is stored so that the time can be held for you, so that it cannot be given to somebody else, and so that Arsine has a record of what was arranged.

The record holds your name, contact details, state, optional ZIP code, the topic, the appointment time, your time zone, how you chose to meet, any message you added, and the joining link where one was created. It holds nothing else about you.

Email confirmations are sent through a transactional email provider. Appointment records are held in a hosted database. The website itself is hosted on a cloud platform.

Where you choose to meet by Zoom or by Microsoft Teams, a meeting is created with that provider and your name and the appointment time are shared with it in order to do so. Choosing a phone consultation shares nothing with either provider.

The specific providers, and the terms under which each processes information, are being confirmed as part of the legal review of this policy.

Analytics on this website are cookieless and do not track you across other websites. No advertising pixels or remarketing tags are used.

No name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, appointment detail or message content is ever sent to analytics.

A retention period for inquiries and appointment records is being set as part of the legal review, alongside the record keeping obligations that apply to a licensed insurance agent. It will be stated here before launch.

You can ask what information is held about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. You can ask for an appointment to be cancelled at any time by calling 702-337-0057.
