Why Nevada families work with Arsine
- 01Licensed for the whole state
- A producer licence is held by a state, never by a city. Elko and Henderson are served on exactly the same terms.
- 02One person, start to finish
- You speak with Arsine directly. She stays your point of contact rather than passing you on.
- 03Plain language
- General concepts explained without jargon. Questions are welcome, and nothing is decided on the call.
- 04Built around your household
- The conversation starts with who depends on you and over what period. Options come after that, not before.
One agent on both sides of the state line
People live in one state and work in the other, or move back and forth over a career. Licensing does not follow a person around: a producer must hold a licence where the client actually lives.
Arsine holds both. A household with a foot in each state does not need two agents, and a move across the line does not mean starting again with somebody new.
- Nevada license
- 4238961
- California license
- 4566385
Both numbers can be checked independently with the relevant state regulator. Nevada producers are regulated by the Nevada Division of Insurance. Licence records are public, and checking one takes about a minute.

Anywhere in Nevada, without the drive
Most of the state sits a long way from either metro. For those households the obstacle to sitting down with an agent has rarely been willingness, it has been driving time.
A virtual consultation removes it. Two adults who cannot be in the same room can still join from two different places.
- Reno, Sparks and the Truckee Meadows
- Carson City, Minden and the Carson Valley
- Las Vegas, Henderson and Boulder City
- Elko, Spring Creek and the northeast
- Fallon, Fernley, Winnemucca and Ely
- Pahrump, Mesquite and the towns between

Recently moved to Nevada?
Arrangements made in another state do not stop existing when you arrive. What changes is who may advise you on them, and whether the assumptions behind them still describe your household.
There is rarely any urgency. Once the move has settled enough to describe out loud, that is a reasonable time to look at it.
- An agent licensed elsewhere may not be able to help here
- What is owed, and who depends on whom, often changes with a move
- Distance from family and employers is part of the picture

Talk with Arsine
A short conversation, by phone or video, about your household rather than about products. No cost, no obligation, and nothing decided on the call.
Common questions
Six that come up most often across the state.
Do you only work with people in Las Vegas?
No. The licence is a Nevada licence rather than a city one, so households anywhere in the state are served on the same terms. Consultations are virtual, which makes that practical in Elko or Ely rather than only in principle.
I live in Nevada but work in California. Does that matter?
What matters for licensing is the state you actually live in. Arsine holds both Nevada and California licences, so a household with commitments on both sides of the line does not need two separate agents.
I am moving to Nevada from another state. Should I wait?
There is rarely any urgency. Arrangements made elsewhere still exist, but the assumptions behind them may no longer describe your household once you have moved.
Is a Nevada licence different from a Las Vegas licence?
There is no such thing as a Las Vegas licence. Producers are licensed by the state, and the Nevada Division of Insurance holds the record, which anyone can look up by name or number.
How far in advance do appointments need to be arranged?
Times are chosen from a calendar on the booking page, in whatever time zone your device reports. Calling works equally well if you would rather arrange it in a sentence.
What happens to the information I give during a consultation?
It is used to answer your questions and, if you ask, to arrange a further conversation. No Social Security number, medical record or financial account detail is asked for at this stage.
